Do I need to send the original writing?
No, I just need a clear photo of the note, so you can keep the original!
How big can my embroidery be?
The embroidery can be up to 4x4 inches. The size of your handwriting will be adjusted to fit the space. Longer notes or more text may appear smaller.
Can you adjust the size of the handwriting?
Yes! I can adjust the size of your handwriting to fit the embroidery area while keeping the original proportions and character of the writing intact.
Can I combine and customize different pieces of handwriting?
Yes, different pieces of handwriting can be combined into one design, and I can adjust the placement, order, and sizing to create the final composition. Just include clear instructions with your order about how you'd like everything arranged.
How much text can I include?
It depends on the handwriting and the overall design. Longer notes or more text may need to be embroidered at a smaller size to fit the available space. If you're unsure whether your note will work, feel free to reach out through the contact form before purchasing and I’ll be happy to take a look.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final due to the custom nature of each piece. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please send a note via the contact form and I will be happy to help.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please submit a request via the contact form.

How much is shipping?
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method. Physical gift cards ship complimentary.
Do I need to purchase a frame?
No, adding a frame is completely optional. If you choose unframed, your embroidery will arrive as a finished piece of fabric sized to fit a 5x7 inch frame opening. If you choose a framed option, your embroidery will arrive fully framed in an 8x10 inch frame with a 5x7 inch mat, ready to display.
What is the frames size, color and material?
The frame measures 8 × 10 inches with a 5 × 7 inch mat. Framed pieces are available in three finishes: Black, Natural Oak, and Walnut.
How are gift cards delivered?
Amhurst Avenue gift cards are physical gift cards and will be mailed to the shipping address provided at checkout.
