What is the return policy?
Returns are not accepted due to the custom nature of each piece. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please send a note via the contact form with more details, and I will be happy to help.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. You can do so by submitting a request via the contact form.
What is your processing time?
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $8 for standard delivery or $15 for express. You’ll see the final total before placing your order.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, I only ship within the United States.
Do I need to send the original writing?
I just need a clear photo of the note, so you can hold onto the original!
How big can my embroidery be?
The maximum embroidery area is 4x4 inches, so your note will need to fit within these dimensions.
Can you adjust the size of the handwriting?
Yes, I can resize your note so it fits within a 4x4 inch hoop frame.
Can you merge different pieces of handwriting together?
Yes, I can customize the placement as long as the request isn’t too complex. Just be sure to include clear notes with your order.
Are you able to change the layout of the text?
Yes, I can move parts around or change the order of words. Just keep your instructions super clear when writing them at checkout.
What is the longest text you can do?
It’s hard to say for sure without seeing the handwriting or image. If you're unsure, feel free to send a photo to amhurstavenue@gmail.com before purchasing and I can take a look to confirm!
Do I need to purchase a frame?
No, adding a frame is completely optional! If you choose unframed, your piece will arrive as finished fabric sized to fit a 5×7 frame.
What is the frames size, color and material?
The frame measures 8x10 inches with a 5x7 inch mat, finished in charcoal black and crafted from engineered wood with a high-quality feel.
